Santa Clarita Meeting Space
The Fairfield Inn Santa Clarita Valencia has no meeting space, but shares a parking lot with the Residence Inn Santa Clarita Valencia, which has 5 multi-function rooms that can be easily configured for your next all-important business meeting or social gathering. Banquet and catering staff can provide your every need and facilitate any sized event from 5 to over 100 guests. With more than 2,300 square feet of flexible function space, and state-of the art on-site audio/visual equipment and services, we’ve got just what you need. Our conference center is large enough at 1,500+ square feet to host up to 150 guests at once.

Meeting Rooms
CONFERENCE CENTER – 1,518 Square Feet Combining the Sunset Pointe and Vista Valencia rooms, the Conference Center is an ideal facility for large seminars, training sessions, banquet lunches or dinners. Restrooms and public pay phones are adjacent to entry area.
Rental Fee: $800 (before 20% gratuity and 8.25% sales tax)
Classroom Style Seats up to 90 • Theater Style Seats up to 150 • Round Table Seating up to 130 Guests (Rounds of 8)
THE BOARDROOM – 240 Square Feet Private ground floor conference room. Small attached alcove may be used for breakfast and/or lunch set up or display of meeting materials. Data port available.
Rental Fee: $160 (before 20% gratuity and 8.25% sales tax)

EXECUTIVE SUITE – 240 Square Feet Second floor meeting facility with in room VCR and monitor. A complimentary white board is permanently affixed to the wall. Data port available. (This room does not offer disability access.)

SANTA CLARITA ROOM – 252 Square Feet Ground floor conference room. High ceilings and windows pool side provide a nice open feeling. White board and tack board are attached to the wall.
Rental Fee: $200 (before 20% gratuity and 8.25% sales tax)

SUNSET POINTE ROOM – 600 Square Feet Midsize meeting room in our free standing Conference Center. Direct access to restrooms and public payphones.
Rental Fee: $350 (before 20% gratuity and 8.25% sales tax)
Conference Style Seats up to 24 • Classroom Style Seats up to 30 • Theater Style Seats up to 60
VISTA VALENCIA ROOM – 900 Square Feet The larger meeting room in our free standing conference center. Data port available. White board and tax board attached to wall. A seven-foot projection screen pulls down from the ceiling.
Rental Fee: $400 (before 20% gratuity and 8.25% sales tax)
